Bicycles

Set out on the Adirondack Rail Trail with our easy step-through bikes, built with 7 gears to match your pace. Ride lakeside, wind through quiet stretches of forest, or pedal into town for coffee. Helmets and locks are included, so your adventure is effortless from start to finish.

Kayaks

Just across the street, Lake Clear awaits. Our stable, beginner-friendly kayaks make it easy to slip onto the water and take in the beauty of the Adirondacks from a new perspective. Each kayak comes with paddles, dollies for transport, and PFDs for safety, so all you have to do is glide and enjoy.

Kicksleds

When winter arrives, adventure doesn’t slow down. Our easy-to-use Finnish-style kicksleds glide smoothly over snow and ice, making them a fun, invigorating way to explore. Head out on the Adirondack Rail Trail or enjoy our own onsite paths — either way, it’s pure winter magic.

We loved our stay here! This is a beautiful and very cozy cabin in a peaceful location. We loved being so close to a quiet beach and the rail trail. We rode our bikes all the way to Lake Placid and back from the cabin without needing to drive anywhere first to access the trail. It was right across the street. The hosts were so kind and friendly and we only wish we had even more time to get to know them. A beautiful, clean, peaceful place to spend an ADK weekend!

Shawn and Mindy were wonderful, gracious hosts. The rustic cabin was clean and the king bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the rain and unseasonably cold weather kept us from taking advantage of their lovely outdoor and screened porch areas. Shawn had good suggestions for kayaking on the one nice day, and for restaurants. Mindy brought us yummy fresh eggs from the chickens who roam the property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

Fantastic location includes a lot of water opportunities as well as the new and wonderful Adirondack Rail Trail, which was really fantastic. Even though it's located on a main road it is very isolated in the woods and very private and peaceful. After spending a wonderful day bicycling the new rail trail, we only had a 1.5 mile ride/drive to Charlie's Inn on the trail, which is developing into a great meeting spot for trail riders. The cottage was perfect for the two of us and very well appointed. We also enjoyed Shawn's chickens and dog.
